2005 - the guest of the exhibition - John Paul II’s Photographer Arturo Mari

Europe’s largest International Exhibition of Church Construction, Church Fittings and Furnishings and Religious Art, SACROEXPO has been held in Targi Kielce for twelve years. The event has become one of the most important events for the church and religious sector not only in Poland but also in Europe.

2007 - HE Cardinal Stanisław Dziwisz presented Stanisław Słonina with the Per Artem ad Deum medal

Each year the exhibition is attended by important and well-known personages; the head of the Pontifical Council for Culture – Archbishop  Gianfranco Ravasi,,  John Paul II’s Photographer – Arturo Mari, the Archbishop and the Krakow metropolitan bishop – Stanisław Dziwisz, the Orthodox Church Patriarch  – Archbishop Sawa, have paid their visits to the exhibition.

The Kielce exhibition brings together companies from all over Europe.

Each year, the SACROEXPO International Exhibition of Church Construction, Church Fittings and Furnishings and Religious Art attracts about five thousand guests. 300 exhibitors from 15 countries gathered for the 2011 event.

2010 - the Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Chicago, Fr Joseph Nathaniel Perry, paid a visit to the exhibition

SACROEXPO also features the whole array of cultural events and scientific seminars. The trade fair is accompanied by conferences devoted to “Temporary Churches” and “Contemporary Museums” which bring together a few hundred visitors. In 2011 the second edition of  EXPOSITIO, the European Exhibition of New Museum Technologies, Art Conservation and National Heritage, was held simultaneously with SACROEXPO.
